The Wood Chipper Machine can process wood or other biomass waste into chips or small pieces, making them more suitable for combustion chambers and increasing combustion efficiency. The wood chipper machines developed by PT. Dynamic Boiler Nusantara have a capacity of 2–20 tons/hour and can be customized to meet customer requirements. We provide quality assurance for the machine and the wood chip product according to the desired standards.
The Hammer Mill Machine functions to convert wood pieces and other biomass waste into powder or bulk material, commonly referred to as sawdust due to its similarity to sawdust. This sawdust is typically used as fuel in combustion chambers that use Pulverized Coal (PC) because it generally utilizes small-sized fossil energy. The Hammer Mill machines we develop have excellent reliability in addressing common issues in rotating equipment, such as noise and vibration problems.
In biomass processing, there is a drying process carried out to increase the calorific value of the biomass. The Dryer Machine helps with the drying process of processed biomass by reducing its moisture content, thereby obtaining biomass with high calorific value.
The biomass boiler is the end product for common biomass products such as wood chips, sawdust, and pellets. Biomass boilers have a slightly different construction compared to conventional boilers that use fossil fuels. However, conventional boilers can still use biomass products for co-firing. The construction differences between biomass boilers and conventional boilers are due to the different contents of biomass products and fossil fuels, which lead to slightly different combustion properties despite having nearly the same calorific value. Based on these different combustion properties, we design and manufacture boilers that can use 100% biomass products as fuel, enhancing combustion efficiency while reducing pollution.
The Pellet Machine can process sawdust or bulk material into dense pellet forms. The purpose of this pellet process is to increase the density and calorific value of the biomass, making it comparable to the calorific value of fossil fuels and facilitating the distribution of biomass as it becomes a denser material.
PT. Dynamic Boiler Nusantara provides services for the construction of biomass energy production facilities. We offer consultation services for the development of biomass production, from system planning and facility design to procurement and installation of production facilities. Currently, PT. Dynamic Boiler Nusantara has built three wood chipper production facilities with a capacity of 50 tons/day, and we can customize production facilities according to customer needs.
